Firehouse Subs Businesswoman Opens Over 100 Restaurants

That restaurant has remained in operation, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022. She’s an active member of several boards of directors, as well as serving on Firehouse Subs’ Franchise Advisory Council. While those numbers dipped to 23% in 2022, this was consistent with business ownership trends across the U.S.

I have served on the International Franchise Associations Board of Directors and on its Executive Committee and in September 2022, I was reelected to the IFA’s board. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University where I teach a graduate course on Commercial and Social Franchising.
