I have served on the International Franchise Associations Board of Directors and on its Executive Committee and in September 2022, I was reelected to the IFA’s board. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University where I teach a graduate course on Commercial and Social Franchising.
